All SnapXit devices are independently tested by accredited institutions or authorities and are deemed fit for purpose as a lifesaving emergency egress and ingress system in all countries that use UN ECE R107, FMVSS217 and ADR 44 as the Regulations for controlling passenger transport emergency exits and is exported to more than 17 countries world-wide.
Unlike other hammer or lever operated emergency escape systems, the SnapXit emergency exit device is fixed to the toughened glass window with a very high UV resistant bond strength industrial foam tape that eliminates the need for external mountings, custom interior panels and complicated instructions for use. SnapXit controls the impact tip to glass allowing multiple strokes to the same area should it be necessary.
SnapXit is fast becoming the international norm and with a successful network of distribution and contract supply customers is set to become the established method of ensuring that any toughened glass emergency exit will perform in a lifesaving manner.
